ORDERING A SNIDER GUITAR OR INLAY

NOTE: I am not currently accepting customer orders. Please contact me to either get on the list for when I resume, or to get on a list to be given first chance at spec guitars I put up for sale.

Guitars:

All ordering of Snider guitars is done directly through me. The process begins with a call or email, at which point I will talk with you about the things you are looking for in a guitar, including sound, feel, scale length, nut width, body shape/style, pickup configuration, wood selection, etc.. I will gladly guide you through any aspects you are unsure of or unfamiliar with.

Prices:

When you decide that you would like me to build a guitar for you, you will be asked for a non-refundable $500 deposit which will put you onto the build schedule and guarantee your spot in line, and secure current pricing. This will of course also be applied to the final price. Once a final price is agreed upon and building begins, you will be required to pay 1/2 of the remaining total value of the guitar. After final completion, you will be required to pay the remainder of the balance. Upon final payment receipt, the guitar will be shipped to you. Prices do not include shipping and applicable taxes. Highly custom orders may require a larger initial payment.

Your satisfaction is absolutely guaranteed. You will have three days upon receiving the guitar to return it, in its original condition, for a full refund, minus shipping costs and any repair or touch-up work incurred. In this highly unlikely event that you are not satisfied, you will receive your refund as soon as the guitar is sold to another buyer. (Highly custom orders may not be refundable - this will be communicated before building begins. For instance, a guitar with your name or portrait inlaid on the guitar.)

Wait time before the building process begins is currently around two months. Once building commences, it will take about four months for the completion of the guitar. You will regularly be sent pictures of the building process, so you will be able to watch your guitar come to life.

Your guitar will be quoted a custom price based on options you choose. Below are some general guidelines and figures, subject to change.
