Electric Guitars

Electric guitars are the specialty and focus of Snider Guitars. Each is hand-built, one at a time, to exacting standards, using the finest sounding and most beautiful woods available. Pickups are available hand-wound by Mike himself, but other pickups of your choosing can easily be used. Virtually any combination of pickups is available as well. Several body shapes are available, and Mike is continuously designing and adding more. Each shape is available in a carved top, flat top, or bent top version. Both bolt-on and set necks are utilized, each of which are reinforced with carbon fiber for stability and tone transfer. Chambering of the body is frequently done as well. This can be a light chambering to reduce weight, or a more extreme chambering to alter tone and enhance resonance. Standard finish is high gloss nitrocellulose lacquer, with an oiled neck for the ultimate feel and playability. Waterbase lacquer, oil, and satin finishes are available on request.
